It has been non-stop excitement for Paralympic hopeful, Lyndon lately. Not only is he a record breaker but he has also been confirmed as an Olympic Torch Bearer.

The Year 11 swimmer returned from his initial Paralympic time trials in London with a major victory after smashing the British record in the 150m Individual Medley by an amazing eight seconds! The good news doesn't end there however as, following a number of nominations, Lyndon has also been selected to take part in the Olympic Torch Relay and will carry the flame through Bishop Auckland on Sunday 17th June. Now, we wait with anticipation to hear if he has been selected to compete in the 2012 Paralympic Games. Watch this space!
