Over 150 Year 11 students and King James staff have enjoyed a glittering Prom Night in The Barn Marquee at Ramside Hall Hotel.
With a mocktail welcome, hot buffet meal, student awards ceremony and dancing until 11.00pm, the event was the perfect way to celebrate achievement and to reminisce about happy times at King James.
As usual, students turned out in evening dresses, ball gowns and stylish suits in every colour, and a professional photographer was present to capture the moment. Codey A and Mia J were crowned Prom King and Queen, and other accolades went to Lily W, Most likely to be Prime Minister; Bezaleel U, Most Stylish; Toby D, Most likely to make a Million; and many more including Biggest Party Animal, Biggest Chatterbox and Most Chilled!
Although many of those who attended the Prom are now members of our Sixth Form, others have left King James for work, apprenticeships or to study specialist courses at college, and we wish them the very best of luck.
