Pupils from Victoria Lane Academy are the latest to take part in our film making Primary Outreach sessions to produce the latest episode of The Good News Show.

With Thomas as newsroom anchor, and Lottie, Rioh and Caleb as reporters on location, the team recorded an excellent show featuring the latest news about recycling plastic bottles into fabric, how skin is grown in a lab setting and how team sports like football and rugby benefit us in more ways than just physical.

As well as learning how to set up and use video cameras and microphones, the group also learned how green screen technology is used in news production. There was also time for a little fun and dancing with the studio lights!
