We have had the privilege of welcoming Jake Leighton from the Foundation of Light who delivered and 'Ahead of the Game' mental health workshop.

Working alongside Premier League Inspires, the session encouraged students to think openly about mental health, recognise the signs when someone may be struggling, and understand how we can support each other and be good friends.

Movember's Ahead of the Game is a mental health initiative delivered in the UK by Rugby League Cares, supporting young athletes aged 12-18 through workshops for players, coaches and parents.

Our students had a brilliant session and engaged thoughtfully with the important conversations around wellbeing and looking out for one another.
