Our World Book Day celebration this year was a resounding success, with staff and students alike turning out in force dressed as their favourite book characters.

Some departments chose to co-ordinate their costumes around a theme including Alice in Wonderland, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Matilda, Wizard of Oz and The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe.

Themed activities were also organised throughout the day, including 'Blind Date with a Book','Find the Golden Ticket', and a student fancy dress competition. Money was also raised for our year group charities from a non-uniform day and a delicious bake sale.
