We would lie to than Inspiral Cycles for accommodating our students.
As part of their Level 2 Enterprise course, Year 10 students must choose a local business to use as a case study for their coursework.
This week, over 40 students have visited Inspiral Cycles in Newgate Street, which sells bikes for all ages, bike parts, and a wide range of accessories, alongside providing a repair service from their specialist workshop. Pupils looked at the aims of the business, their competition both locally and regionally, their strengths and weaknesses, and the skills and attributes of the owners and staff within Inspiral Cycles.
Students also completed a survey of other businesses in Bishop Auckland town centre to get a clearer understanding of the types of enterprise which operate locally.
